We can second Liberty Tree service. Used them a couple times. Friendly. Punctual. Not sure about value, as we did not have quotes from any other services--in fact a couple others we called couldn't be bothered with the small project we had. Not saying it was overpriced or anything, we just didn't have any other estimates to compare.

Also, one of the Libery guys does some hardscaping work, so maybe ask them about concrete, too.

I had a tree cut down by Corners Landscaping Service ( http://www.cornerslandscapingandtreeservice.com/ ) a couple of years ago.

It was much cheaper than the other estimate I received.

That said, I called them again for an estimate another time, and they did not show up. It was enough cheaper I'd call them again, though.
