Join us for a weekly beginner's meditation class on Tuesday evenings.
We will be examining the Buddhist approach to making our lives less
stressful and more manageable through utilizing the power of
meditation. Each class begins with a relaxation meditation, a brief
teaching on Buddhist topics, and ends with another energizing
meditation. The topic of each class will be:
Nov 6th- Surviving Stress: Keeping Calm Under Pressure
Nov 13th- Letting Go of Anger: The Art of Forgiveness
Nov 20th- Enjoying Everyone: Making Family Time Meaningful
Nov 27th- Overcoming Worry and Anxiety
Dec 4th- Practicing Contentment: Happy Mind, Happy Life
Dec 11th- Opening Our Hearts to Others: The Gift of Love
Dec 18th- Happy Holidays: Dissolving Drama
