So, did anyone lose power or experience any heavy flooding?

My basement flooded but no more than is typical for a heavy storm. Otherwise I was surprised by how little apparent damage was done given all the projections.

Nope, no problems here, including flooding. Trees up and down the streets look intact as well.

^ isn't that building in the process of being torn down? it was already pretty bombed-out looking pre-storm.

All is well at 4th and Fairmount. And, the scaffolding that fell down at 4th and Olive last night is neatly stacked on the property.

Do you remember when the night before Halloween used to be called mischief night? In the old days they used to push over outhouses. Now I'm wondering about the porta-potty that sits outside 406 Fairmount Ave. :). Is that legal btw, to have a porta-potty on a city sidewalk?

Mary...it's legal if they got a permit for the potty and a permit to close the sidewalk. You can check by calling 311.
