Cardio Hoop Dance Group Fitness Class focuses on Hoop Dance fundamentals; learning to move the hoop from the waist, hips, shoulders, arms and legs. In addition to instruction of vertical hooping, beginner jumps, body stalls, tosses and throws, and other off the body moves. Instruction emphasizes guidance on gaining fluidity and control over one’s hoop and increasing grace poise of body movements. The class includes a hoop warm-up and ends with a fast paced combination of beginner hoop moves that will get your heart pumping. Class concludes with a stretching routine in which hoops are incorporated. Designed to sculpt and tone, increase speed and agility, and build cardiovascular endurance

Private Hoop Dance Instruction
One-on-one instruction of vertical/horizontal waist, arm, and leg hooping. Direction of skips, jumps, body stalls, tosses and throws, and other off the body moves. Creating Hoop-fitness routines incorporating strength and light weight resistance exercises and hoop movements designated to work corresponding muscle groups.
Hoop parties include performance, instruction, direction of interactive party games using hoops, and hoop making. Catering to clients celebrating birthdays, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, sweet sixteen’s, bridal showers, family events, holiday parties, corporate team building, and fundraisers.
Hoop Workshops include the options of hoop making, basic and advanced hoop dance instruction, fire safety and fire hooping instruction (adults only). Workshops run from 2-4 hrs covering all body, neck, arm, and leg hooping. In addition to instruction of off body hooping, jumps, breaks, reverses, weaves, and walk throughs. Multiple hoop sizes and weights are covered. Techniques and uses for small light weight, medium light weight, large heavier, twin hoops and multiple hoops are covered. Instruction of proper warm ups, stretching, and cool downs are included. Direction on how basic eight counts and attention to posture will improve flow. Workshops also cover specific hoop techniques to attain maximum cardiovascular health and to increase overall physical strength. Anyone can participate in workshops. Men, women, children, all shapes, sizes, and ages. Workshops are great for health clubs, spas, resorts, schools, summer camps, etc.
PERSONAL TRAINING SERVICES
