Join us for a weekly beginner's meditation class on Tuesday evenings. We will be examining the Buddhist approach to making our lives less stressful and more manageable through utilizing the power of meditation. Each class begins with a relaxation meditation, a brief teaching on Buddhist topics, and ends with another energizing meditation. The topic of each class will be:
Oct. 2nd- We're all Important- Equalizing Self and Others
Oct 9th- Unconditional Love without pain- Letting go of Attachment
Oct 16th- Opening our heart to the World
Oct. 23rd – Living Meaningfully: The Precious Mind of Bodhichitta
Oct. 30th – Ultimate Truth: Buddha’s Teachings on Emptiness
