In today's Inquirer (Sunday, Sept. 30t) Craig LaBan reviews Popolino's restaurant at 5th and Fairmount. Is it a positive review? I report - you decide! :)

I think Laban removed any doubt in interpretation of his review when he referred to it as "sloppolino". Harsh.
