Be careful with your valuables on 3rd Street near Liberties walk over the next few days.
I called the police earlier on two guys who were obviously casing cars.
They were talking on the same side of the street. Then, one broke off to the other side (after tying his shoe to distance himself from his buddy.)
They took off towards Girard, looking into every car window they passed, sometimes to point of pausing and bending. They weren't even trying to pretend they were doing anything other than casing cars, even at 2PM in broad daylight.
They were African American, 20s, dressed all in black. One had a black/grey/white backpack and a ball cap on.
