Found male poodle

I just found a male toy poodle wandering without a leash on 6th and Poplar Streets.

Looks like he's a pet as he has a nice collar (but no tags) and has had a recent hair cut and was very, very tame and friendly.

We've currently got him safe and sound in a crate with some food and water at our home, but really want to find his owner as someone has to be worried sick about this sweet little pooch.

I understand hesitation to post a picture because "then anyone can claim him" but, it would be really helpful if you posted one. Someone could recognize him and know some info. Maybe take his collar off for the pictrure so someone still has to describe something to you? Or find something else on him that will set him apart and that only his owner would know.

someone might recognize it as a friends dog..or from the dog park...etc...
