E-waste Collection- Saturday, September 29th.

Gather up all that nasty electronic trash that you don't want to land in a landfill. We will be collecting small appliances, computers, tvs, batteries, printers, cellphones, and a whole lot more. Basically anything with a plug, circuit board or battery. collection is at the NLNA Community Center at 3rd and Fairmount, Saturdat the 29th from 10AM to 2PM. We will be taking donations for other neighborhood Cleaning and Greening projects. 2 bucks if it fits in a milk rate, 5 bucks if it's bigger. Another service from the volunteers working for NLNA and our neighborhood. Please help by spreading the word to you friends on Facebook, twitter, or even good old e-mail. Thanks.

One week left to collect up all those nasty electronics. Please help spread the word. Lets keep all this stuff out of our landfills.

Please note that E-waste collection is RAIN or SHINE.
We are hoping for a great turnout so we can keep these collection events coming to our neighborhood.
It is also a great opportunity to teach kids about proper disposal of batteries and electronics.
