The weekly crime report is intended to assist Town Watch groups and Civic
Associations with Crime Prevention Committees in planning their activities
geared toward crime prevention. It is prepared by this commander
personally for each neighborhood with such groups or associations within
the 6th District and requires significant delegation of time and effort.
This is not a routine or mandated function of the Police Department and is
unique to the 6th District, there are no Police Officers or clerks
allocated to do this work.

Please be advised that I will be away intermittently between the dates of
Aug. 18th - Sep. 9th and the weekly crime reports will be interrupted
during this time period. Lieutenant Milillo will conduct the day to day
business of the district during my absence and Police Officer Savino will
provide crime alerts, if needed, during this time.
