there's a building on the east side of the street with a rather nice front facade (in between a warehouse and parking lot) over there-- is that part of the demo?? i'm not sure of the address, i can't tell if googlemaps is being accurate (it might be 917 or 913?). if so, i can't believe the NLNA would agree to that...

OPA records show a 99k in unpaid taxes on this property (919-31 n 5th st). is that information up-to-date, or has the property recently changed hands?

ALL existing structures on both lots, so yes. As far as I see the place is in use daily by many different occupants.

I'd like to know the "hardship" the developers are claiming for tearing down everything, instead of doing a mix of some single-family on part of/the majority of the site, then converting the one nice and still in-use building into a few condos (or keeping it commercial). Let me guess, their "business model" says it's not feasible. *eyeroll*
