Hello all,
The vanity is wooden with 4 drawers. The hardware to attach the top piece is in one of the drawers.
The filing cabinet has 2 drawers that lock. The keys are inside the top drawer.
Both items are outside the house at 204 Fairmount. Either or both are yours if you want them.
