After tripping due the crappy condition of their sidewalk in font of the Ortleibs parking lot, I would love to know how to sue them. A hole in the sidewalk caused me to land on my ass with an injured hand, a scraped knee, and a ruined pair of new pants. Tower is just sitting on these eyesores but they should be made to keep them safe - including sidewalks. I'll be reporting to 311 tomorrow.
