Buddhist Meditation Classes

Join us for a weekly beginner's meditation class on Tuesday evenings. We will be examining the Buddhist approach to making our lives less stressful and more manageable through utilizing the power of meditation. Each class begins with a relaxation meditation, a brief teaching on Buddhist topics, and ends with another energizing meditation. The topic of each class will be:
August 7th - The Nature of the Mind
August 14th- The Mind/Body Connection
August 21st - The Medicine of Forgiveness: Learning to Let Go
August 28th- Taking and Giving Meditation: The Power of a Superior Intention
