Ortliebs is a menace. I walk on the other side of the street if I have to pass by there---looks like it could fall down at any moment. NLNA, do you have any pull with these types of issues? 311 doesn't seem to do squat.

The one aspect of the wide-open Ortlieb's structure that's always had my imagination in its grip is the spectacular view of Liberty Lands from up there. Potentially one of the great loft penthouses, art spaces.

Mitch, this was a 4 star fire on Front Street which most likely started because the warehouse was not secured properly. Do you have anything to say about that?

Checking to see if there have been any updates on the cause of this fire. Arson dogs were spotted by some neighbors in the building a day or two after, surely they have to have an idea of cause at this point.
