Might I add, I am gobsmacked that the people on this board are not up in arms about this so called "grant" given to whatever bullshit non-profit that was invented, to make a smoking area for Finnegans on Bodine Street.

I know no one has confirmed or denied it yet, but that's half the problem.
The PTSSD board needs to have some light shed on them.

I am not happy with the finnegans arrangement one bit. That said ,I personally would like to focus on what can be a positive use of available funds. Thank you those who have posted the links. Hopefully more non profits will benefit from this information.
